3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided in good faith and are based on the information supplied at the time
Quotes are valid for the period stated or, if not stated, for 30 days
Prices may change if project scope, materials, measurements, or site conditions change
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before manufacturing begins
Full or final payment is required as agreed prior to installation or completion
Late payments may result in delays to manufacturing, installation, or project scheduling

5. Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-manufactured to order. Once manufacturing has commenced:

Orders cannot be cancelled
Refunds are not available except where required under Australian Consumer Law

6. Installation & Site Access

Clients must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the site
We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, weather, or factors outside our control
Installation dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or scheduling requirements

7. Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in:

These variations must be approved before proceeding.

8. Warranties & Consumer Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Any manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Our liability is limited to the cost of supplying the goods or services again, where applicable
